Can sometimes be a bit slow but actually the people who work in here do go above and beyond to help . There?s been a few times when I couldn?t get meds but it?s always great with urgency and rectified . Don?t think it deserves the 2 stars it currently has

Extremely disappointed with the service. I needed to collect an emergency prescription which got sent to the wrong pharmacy. I rang non stop from 5:30pm and there was no answer despite that the Google opening time is until 6pm. Because I couldn't get through my partner went direct to the pharmacy and got there before it was supposed to be closed. He asked the staff if it would be possible to collect an emergency prescription and was told they were closed. I will now have to wait until tomorrow to collect medication that is crucial for my health. I will no longer be using this as my nominated pharmacy and would strongly recommend avoiding.

I cannot understand some of the poor reviews I have always found everyone helpful. I have never seen the staff gossiping and when I have seen them talking at the back it would appear they have been dealing with medication matters.
They have had problems retaining pharmacists and this has sometimes meant they have not been open by the advertised time and this is the only reason I have knocked a star off. Take a bow everyone

Bad pharmacist I ever had.,,
Been booking Covid 19 for two times.
First time has been cancelled but still contacted in advance for inconvenient.
Second I got reminded text messages to get vaccine, then came to Pharmacist!
Then just been told no more Covid vaccine 19.
So ? Waste my time. , no responsibility..
?won?t come back here again!!

Lovely consultant given COVID jab .
But when given jab it felt like he just rammed it in my arm.
I have had loads of injections due to illness.
But I have never known anything like this before..
Otherwise I would not of mentioned this.
To be honest it felt like he was running with the injection from the other end of the chemist then ramming the injection in.
Sorry but I won't go there again for anymore. Injections.

I often find that items are not in stock, this was also the opinion of the local GP practice. I personally find the one at the top of Cherry Hinton road to be more reliable.

I was a bit cautious when I chose this pharmacy as in the past I had terrible experiences but I have to say, the staff there now are amazing. Very patient and helpful. Even in busy times I have been greeted kindly and nothing has been a problem. Thanks for your hard work! It's always appreciated, especially when you're unwell.

Service is usually ok and employees knowledgeable.
Was there this week asking for a blood pressure monitor, the lady put three boxes in front of me and scanned their prices which were roughly 20,30 and 50. When I asked what was driving the price differences, she said it?s just due to brand - funny, two of them were the same brand? I chose the one for 20£, she tried to scan it multiple times, asked a colleague if she had a moment to help, scanned another one of that type unsuccessfully, looked at me and said: ?I cannot scan it? with the expression of ?so please leave now?. I asked: ?but what about your colleague that you asked for help..?? ?There is nothing else she can do?.
Gotta love when people who don?t manage to solve an issue themselves are so convinced that anyone else cant solve the issue neither. Rather than arguing with her, I decided to bring my business to a friendlier and more helpful place

Very rude and disrespectful staff, I am a diabetic person and I had a stroke an my GP issued me a new medicine and I have to start taking my medicine immediately and I went to collect my medicines from pharmacy and I have been told I have to wait 48 hours to collect, my GP is issuing the medicines same day but I have to wait 48 hours to collect that is ridiculous and guy was very rude and disrespectful
