Car was basically clean, but the carpets were not vacuumed properly and not at all under floor carpets. Door frames weren't clean, door pockets not wiped, spots on front of dashboard not cleaned. Maybe I'm spoiled with my regular car wash, but I did expect a little more for £40. A pretty clean Volvo should not be a chore to valet.

I?ve never really bought from places - I buy from people. That?s why my car always goes to the Waves team at Bar Hill.
It?s never just ?I?ll take your keys, come back in an hour.? I?ve got to know these guys because they don?t just take an interest in your car, they get to know you too.
Over the years I?ve been using this site, the Manager (Sabri) is more like a friend. He acknowledges me when I see him at or outside the Store and I appreciate that because he takes time to get to know ME.
His son (Rion) was introduced to me and, if I know Sabri, he?ll see to it that his son follows in his footsteps.
The beneficiary? The customer.

Passenger had an incident and rear seat was in a right mess. I was in rush. Waves in Bar Hill was nearest to me at the time. I can?t praise them high enough. Edgars was very helpful and got on it straight away assuring me no to worry, he said he will sort it out in no time. And he did. Very impressed with the finish and very little time it took. Was on my way again in less than 10 minutes with squeeky clean seat. Very reasonably priced and super friendly. Will be back again. Thank you!

Awesome service for the gentleman. They helped me to inflate all of my tyres using my digital tyre inflator and washed my car flawlessly.

Always a friendly service... however when I came back to see my nearly new lease car (1.5 months old) covered in paint scratched swirls, water marks and left over dirt in creased, I was a bit shocked! What was meant to be a quick clean while I went for a shop is now going to turn into a more expensive whole car paint scratch removal job... Gentleman came out to inspect and try and wipe off, but was given reasons such as... "Dealership may have put a silicon coating on paintwork to cover scratches" ? not convinced... will not use again.

I have been coming to Waves with my Audi for a while now and can say that they are the best! The customer service is exemplary and the quality of work is top tier! I wouldn?t go elsewhere and would always recommend!

I have my van and car washed at Barhill regularly, but today the van wash was very poor, still a film of dirt all over, windows not washed properly, and as for the alloy wheels. Got the pressure washer out when I got home and done it again. Not happy with what I got for £20 wash and dry.

As a family and also as a business owner we have used Waves for many years who have cleaned many personally owned and business vehicles for us. Always an excellent service and have used all the services from a quick wash only to the Full Monty and you can certainly tell the difference.Running a business has costs such as insurances, rent, wages, quality of cleaning products. Waves use quality cleaning products, so happy to pay their prices and consider them great value.
