Love this place. Specially the upper floors, as quite as a book shop should be. The café in the second floor is the best place to start reading your new book.

Very nice Waterstones with lots of nooks and crannies to explore. Both guide dogs and 'just' well-behaved dogs are welcome in store. Staff was very helpful and kind when I was looking for a specific series.

Great place to browse a brilliantly curated selection of horror, fantasy and sci-fi books. I pop in often, and Josh is always super-knowledgeable and excellent at recommending new titles to appease my inner book dragon! I would highly recommend a visit.

We were served by a lovely person called rudy, I was looking for books with my daughter who?s a month old, we found a few book from when I was little but were stuck when looking for dear zoo, went to ask if they had it. It was explained the last copy had been sold not long before. He went to look in the delivery that had just come in. He was gone a while and came back very smiley with a copy. Couldn?t thank him enough. Absolutely made our day

Looking for a book in the Children's section for my granddaughter. They were showing none in stock but had just received a delivery. Nothing was too much for Rudy he asked if we would mind waiting while he went and checked the delivery. He turned up 10 mins later book in hand. We were so pleased to get the book but the service was amazing. Thank you Rudy!

This might be crazy to read but out of every place me and my partner went to in Cambridge (you know, the usual tourist places like Fitzwilliams, punting, Botanical gardens etc.) THIS was our favourite place. We came back three times to explore all levels. I think if we?re to come back, we would genuinely spend a day here together?and my boyfriend doesn?t even read! Just a great Waterstones!

My favorite Waterstones, though for books I prefer charity shops. Two cafes (on the ground floor and second floor, I believe). The choice of books is amazing. Also available are some souvenirs (including local). Another good thing is that they have authors? events and game nights.
