Amazing bookshop, across multiple floors! I Visited for the first time with my daughter for the A F Steadman signing. The event was smooth and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

Love this place. Specially the upper floors, as quite as a book shop should be. The café in the second floor is the best place to start reading your new book.

Very nice Waterstones with lots of nooks and crannies to explore. Both guide dogs and 'just' well-behaved dogs are welcome in store. Staff was very helpful and kind when I was looking for a specific series.
