Team were not corporative they seems not working as one approach, The staff member who processed my request initially was got busy with other customer that is fine and he was quite friendly and good. The guy at reception was free and one lady she was also free but they couldn?t assist me because of the system/process that aligned and I waited approximately 25 minutes. Every minute counts and this should not happened.

Battled traffic through cambridge during half marathon to go to cambridge Vodaphone only to find they are closed nothing on website or shop front to state this. So got my new phone and contract from O2 better value and I have a phone that works

Absolutely the worst broadband service I've ever encountered! I've been trying to place an order for two months, and the customer support is beyond frustrating?they have no idea what they're doing. Every time I contact them, they repeat the same useless information and force me to create a new order. Their system is just as bad as their support, with agents claiming they can't access any records of previous calls.
I've seen countless complaints about their broadband issues, and I couldn't agree more. If you try to resolve it in-store, they just tell you they?re only sales reps and can?t help. Honestly, don't waste your time on such a useless company. It's a complete nightmare dealing with them?I've never experienced such shockingly poor customer service.
