Absurd, but ! Unfortunately, when you pay for storing things in your wardrobe, upon delivery it turns out that someone took a personal item... You then write to the managers about this, they answer that they are not responsible... This is the first time that an item has disappeared from a club?s wardrobe! This scarf was very dear to me, a gift from my best friend, who is no longer there... However, the manager's answers are something... We are not responsible!!! We take your item for safekeeping, but we do not bear any responsibility... Alas... It?s very unpleasant for me to write this! But unfortunately the facts are clear... My opinion is that you are responsible for the things in your wardrobe, you also have cameras, but you didn?t consider it necessary to sort it out and return my stolen item .

Could rate 0 if I could kicked out for a girlfriend who stumbled on big heels on wet stairs by becky with no consideration, meant to be inclusive on an lgbt night and was treated like nothing, multiple bar staff and security not understanding why but would not let us back in. would not recommend this club with a passion. 9× out of 10 will over charge when "drink deals" are in play

On tuesdays they host Glitter Bomb which is the only reason I go and it is the best LGBTQ night in cambridge!

The venue is always busy with a great atmosphere. The bouncers were amazing with dealing with a concern I raised. They were all professional and always polite to everyone.

Staff are friendly and place is tidy and clean every time I visit. Drinks prices are good compared to other venues in the area. Decent place for a night out and great music!

Horrible! 4 men had to put me out because they thought I didn?t pay for a vip table. I only went in for about 15 minutes after paying entry and vip online. I have had my arm touched and been pushed and it was all on video. Videos have been posted onto an instagram platform. This was very unprofessional and very disrespectful as I have never seen anything like this before.

Refused entry due to being "too drunk" even though I was the designated driver and was completely sober. Accepted payment for entry off my friends, then refused a refund for them as they left realising that I wasn't allowed in. I was told to "go to McDonald's to sober up" (which wasn't possible as I hadn't drunk a drop all night). They then continued to let people in who were stumbling all over the place, obviously a massive dodgy joint, avoid if you can.

Disgraceful treatment ..provided ID even though 63 years old was told not adequate for access as they didn?t wish us to be in there ? met with aggression & told to leave & will not get in ..terrible treatment of genuine customers who just wanted to have a dance & a nice time ..will not be back again.

The best nightclub in the city! Amazing music, playing the most classic 70s/80s and 90s diva powerhouse bops!Very safe and welcoming, weekly Tuesday nights especially. Glitterbomb hold their weekly LGBT+ nights on this day of the week.Amazing door staff and friendly bar staff, amazing priced drinks and overall great fun!Booth packages also incredible prices!Can?t wait for this evening, here?s to another great night.

Abused by bar staff. And got kicked it out which was clearly a mistaken identity. Bouncers we're just doing there job so respect to them but the apparent manager was very poor in dealing with the situation.It is a good club to go to for all ages compared to other establishments in Cambridge but it's a shame the staff are well bellow par and have no respect to customers.
