I wanted to exchange a top that my daughter had bought online as it was too small. The staff in my local store were so friendly, helpful and efficient! During the initial phone call to the store ?Ollie? was incredibly helpful and when I visited the store later they day to return the top I I was served by a really lovely assistant. The replacement top was delivered to my house the next day and my daughter was delighted! Thank you so much.

I was served by the sweetest employee here. He helped me with my student ID when the wifi wasn?t working. Whatever he?s being paid I hope it gets trebled. He was working on a Saturday lunchtime and was a ginger guy, so you know who to promote x

Normally love urban but I brought a £40 top only to find out it still has a tag on it when I got home I can?t remove it as it?s a ink one and the closest one to me is about and hour and half really disappointing
