Would highly recommend for new runners. Staff were incredibly helpful, made sure I found the right shoe with many different options. Gait analysis included to help decide the right shoe.

Really rude staff. I asked to get my running gait checked, he asked why. I explained my knee hurts when I run and have been advised to get it checked and he replied but with ?so?..?! These people aren?t out to help you, just sell you trainers! A wasted journey for me!

Ordered a pair of salomon speedcross 6s, leaving the country soon (thought they wouldnt arrive in time) and customer service shipped my order really quick and were very helpful! Thanks a lot very happy!

I went in there after a very long shift at work and i was tired.All I wanted was some trainers and the older lady there made me very uneasy just cos I don't Suffer with my feet like she does. Her and the other lady where laughing at what seemed to be at me cos I did say something she wanted me to say so I would get a 10% discount . I will not be shopping in this shopping

Amazing service from Ian who made us feel at ease when purchasing with a great knowledge base - GAIT analysis was quick and easy to go through for desired results. Can?t beat that level of customer service on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Will return for my next pair when needed.

Have only recently started running and had suspicions about my feet turning in and needing more support so came in for gait analysis but got so much more from that! Can?t recommend George enough - he has patience, knowledge and a good sense of humour and made me feel so confident with what I need to do to improve my run and work with my awkward feet. I am excited to wear my new trainers on their first run!

Fantastic experience at Up & Running Cambridge. As a someone with a petite frame, the shop assistant was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding me a hydration vest that fitted properly. Really recommend this shop, great staff and fair prices.

Super helpful staff, even when the store is absolutely full they are patient and attentive and don't rush you. I came in to learn more about specific running shoes and test my gait. So impressed with the service I brought my partner back later in the week for a test and now I've ordered a pair online! Thank you so much to the staff for helping us ?

Had a fantastic experience at Up and Running today. I have been struggling to find a suitable pair of trainers, and today I have come away with two great pairs! George was incredibly patient, and gave great advice. I felt as if I was being listened to, even when my questions may have been confusing! The gait analysis was also very thorough, and George talked me through the whole process.

Outstanding customer service yesterday. The woman who served me was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable and supportive and gave me information about switching to more stable shoes to prevent injury. She did this without pressuring me to change. I will definitely get my next pair of shoes from here
