Reading reviews and shock horror I am also finding myself waiting for my deposit to be returned back like others on here - no response to emails. Sick of chasing and absolutely disgusted by poor communication!!!! Steer clear. Already spoken to My Deposits and will raising a dispute. Something needs to be done about this.

Had this agency for 1.5ish years and honestly, can't say I'd recommend them to anyone.Right from the get-go, it felt like trouble was brewing. But hey, when you're desperate for a somewhat affordable spot in Cambridge, you kinda just roll with it, right?Getting them to send over the tenancy agreement was like pulling teeth, and don't even get me started on trying to get anything changed. It always felt like they were doing me a massive favor, not like I was a customer or anything.There was this one time they scheduled an inspection two weeks out. I took the day off work and everything, but guess what? They claimed they forgot to add it to the calendar. Said they'd reschedule, but I never heard back.And oh, the deposit saga when I moved out? A masterpiece. Took forever to get any sort of update, with them always saying they're waiting on the landlord. Ended up having to go through the hassle of raising a dispute, and luckily, I got my full deposit back?three whole months later.Finding a decent agency in Cambridge is tough, but it feels like there?s zero push for Tucker Gardner to step up their game. If you end up having to deal with them, good luck?you're gonna need it.

Very unprofessional time wasters!Was very difficult to get in touch with someone then when I finally got the apraisal and invited them into my home, they never bothered getting in touch! Wasted my time. Don't bother with them

Harry was able to provide me the answers I was looking for as well as going above and beyond to finding me other fitting properties. He kept within my price range and kept me as local as possible. I have been living in Cambridge for 4 weeks now and had no luck finding a property that suits me. Went to Cambridge tucker Gardner for help and met a very helpful man. Harry bennett helped me find a property that suits all my needs furthermore booked me a viewing for the next day, even though the property wasn?t for me I will definitely go directly to him when I am ready.

This review is mainly for Megan Minet as she helped in getting the house at the beginning. while moving out, I was transferred to another agent in Tucker Gardner who made it chaotic as hell for about 3 weeks or more, with no solution whatsoever. I called to speak to someone else as I wasn?t getting the help needed. Megan Minet was kind enough to pick the case up and got everything sorted in a week. Megan was very helpful and made everything easy. Thank you Megan, your customer relation/service is 100%.
