Drivers and Office Staff are very pleasant. But want really lets the branch down is the Yard Staff, who must all be world champions of hide & seek. Ignore you, drive right past you and don't want to serve you. Probably why it's never busy each time I have to go in.

15 minutes before closing time and the gates are already locked, no one is there, and no one picks up the phone. What a waste to come here.

Staff totally unhelpfull,I went in for help with decorating materials not having a clue and a young man just pointed over there very unhelpfull.

Terrible experience everytime I use the place, the two stars are for the yard men as they are the only good thing about this new branch, there fantastic but the people in the shop are absolutely shocking, takes ages to be served even though there?s loads of people around behind the counter they just sort of look at you and make comments to each other like being in a school playground, overall great service outside in the yard and appalling service inside the shop may as well be run by aload of teenagers will be avoiding this branch in future

Staff excellent, you never know the real price of goods with builders merchants, its like a dark art. Tap tap tap on computer keyboard....10% off , sharp intake of breath, tap tap tap another 10% then your mate comes in and " Hi Ryan ( substitute any mates name) and he gets it cheaper still.
