“We decided to book our belated honeymoon and joint 30th birthday celebration holiday through Kuoni. It was the first luxury holiday we’ve booked and as it was for such a special occasion, we thought booking through a travel agent would be so much easier… And it was!Throughout the process, Faye (our travel advisor) and the rest of the team at the Cambridge branch have been incredibly helpful answering the many questions we had, keeping us in the loop with updates, sending over relevant information regarding the trip, and sending reminders for things we needed to do our end.Whilst we were out of the country on our holiday, the Kuoni representatives were also helpful and Shammu was particularly helpful with providing us with additional information whilst we were out there and even helping us fill out our immigration forms for the way back!We would highly recommend booking your luxury holidays through Kuoni, and we can’t wait to save up to book our next one with the team at Cambridge!”

“Nearly didn't use them as couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone and email answers weren't adequate.Did purchase a sports travel package eventually ....impressed with private transfer in Merc saloon with a brilliant driver, Andrea, he gave us a tour, he laughed,smiles and was very imformative and we were happy to tip him. We really hoped he would be with us for the return journey. Return driver was not comparable. Barely even said helloHotel was very tired, Aircon and windows broken, carpets stainedBellarome need to review the hotels they choseWould be great to have transfer to stadium included as was very difficult via public transport”
