Recently back from wonderful trip to Tromso in Norway. Everything was very smooth, all the trips were amazing, saw reindeer and the Northern lights! Great hotel and would highly recommend this trip! Great service from all the staff at Trailfinders that helped organise everything. Thank you!

A really disappointing experience, looking at a trip to Oz and had a basic plan of something we thought may work, wanted to price it and see what had been missed or what added value an agent could give.After a short wait, we explained what we were looking for. The first reaction was that someone else can deal with this, but they were busy. So he looked at the plan and gave us a price, but no added value or insights at all. When asked about excursions, weretold yes can be done, all in brochure.Total disinterest, and I can't be bothered with this. Almost why did you come in and bother me. So why would anyone spend their hard earnt money here. Frankly, AVOID.

I booked a trip to Dubai in February 23 for January 24, Ivan at Trailfinders came up with a fantastic deal which even undercut Emirates by a few hundred pounds.I had to make a minor adjustment to the seating on Emirates and I wanted to clarify some points, the seating was corrected and the points I asked about were also clarified, all by the next day.So far an excellent service and I can see why they are a Which recommended provider and have 4.9 stars on Trustpilot, although we have not travelled yet I can thoroughly recommend Trailfinders.Once I have completed our trip I will update my review.

My friend recommended and glad he did....Booked flights to Australia for July this year....John (one of their agents) was outstanding in terms of service and genuinely looked to get me the best deal with connecting flights and even some excellent accommodation as we will be stopping along the way....no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever...

I was definitely being the 'annoying customer', but Mike was super helpful and patient every time I came back with another request/change/question. He was able to match a lower price we found which was really impressive, and communication with him was excellent - he always replied quickly. We're thrilled to have finally booked a VERY delayed holiday. Thanks Mike!

Was served by a rude agent who we felt was rather condescending and disinterested in helping us which was a shame as I was highly recommended Trailfinders. He was showing us overpriced holiday options and when we showed him some cheaper quotes we had received elsewhere, he disregarded this which felt rather patronising considering we had done our research. Altogether feeling rather deflated after this encounter and couldn?t find any positives of this experience unfortunately.

Tomas is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and helped us plan a memorable holiday to New Zealand. Since booking with the company (at very reasonable prices for a month long holiday including all flights, car hire and excursions) he had kept in touch and answered any queries we might have.I would have no hesitation in using the company, and especially Tomas, again.

Easier, faster, cheaper and much more interesting to do it yourself. Presumably strictly for those who have no concept of how to use the internet and are prepared to pay a premium for doing so.

Trailfinders Cambridge had previously been helpful and fantastic at sorting our travel plans. Unfortunately, we have been back twice within the past two months, for two different travel situations, and both times the staff have made us feel that they do not want to help us and their tone was dismissive of our queries. We thought that maybe the first time, we got the staff member on a bad day but after the second time we realised that this is an unfortunate trend within the store. We won't be going back for a third time of ill-treatment.

Went in to ask about safari options for Kenya and spoke Chris Cawthorn. He showed me a brochure and asked me to take a look. He didn?t seem too interested in dealing with me. Didn?t write my details down to follow up. I knew what I wanted to do was interested in getting a quote but if they don?t even get your details to email you with quotes or possible itineraries how can they pride themselves on being good agents?? What is the value of their service? Disappointed with the customer service.
