Dropped in to purchase two tennis rackets, plus covers, and a pair of shoes - spent several hundred pounds in one transaction! After I had paid, and on my way out, I noticed a pot of silicon racket dampeners and asked if I could have one thrown in. They said no, it's £2.50. Seemed very mean after spending so much!! I don't think I will be giving them repeat business.

Demo was good while perhaps oversubscribed; restringing is as promised, badminton racket service got me t-shirts better than they were when new, so all good.

Great discovery. Scoured the UK for the racket my son wanted. Encountered some iffy websites which never sent the paid for product and had to really battle for a refund. Belatedly found Topspin Tennis. My query on a racket was answered swiftly by Mark who got me the info I needed. Ordered on Wednesday afternoon and arrived Friday morning in secure packaging. Great service.

Really disappointed with the service I received from using their demo service. I paid £60 worth of fees to demo rackets which would be refundable against a new racket. The racket I wanted to buy was not available so they just said due to the "terms and conditions" I can't have any refund. They didn't even allow me to get the refund against a different purchase such as shoes for compensation, which I think would have been a fair compromise.Like any normal person, I didn't read the full terms & conditions, I just thought I'd trust them - This was a mistake. This shop is more interested in scamming people than doing honest business and building valuable customer relationships.In addition to this, the demo rackets I recieved were also in poor condition and with very old strings.

Not much in stock in terms of badminton shoes. But the people are nice and I asked them to contact me once they receive the right sized shoes for me to try.
