I used to run the gauntlet of Am**** market-place sellers, but "next day delivery" mostly translated to 'too late for next-day working', at elevated prices with..."free" Prime P&P, and quality a cr@p-shoot.

Unbelievable, guy there just sold me broken lamp, I suspect the package was open partially, I should have checked, someone intentionally kept the damaged product on shelf, awful ?

Useless staff. Went all the way there to get advice from a professional. The shop was empty, the staff was twiddling thumbs and still the only help I got was "look in the papper catalog". Turned around and left.

Fantastic service from Gaynor and Vicky today. I was originally being served by Gaynor but couldn?t think of the name of what I needed, went and asked Vicky and we got to what I required. Played the Macmillan charity raffle and had a Nice relaxing visit. Fixing up a house can be stressful but not when you go and get your supplies from these 2 lovely ladies!
