Had Chris at timpsons look at my car key today which i was having an issue with the battery connection. Unfortunately the physical key would not lock my van itself only through the buttons on the fob and without any power to the fob i was in a spot of bother. Chris literally sorted it for me in the space of 30mins. Big stress of my head not having to leave my van unlocked over night. Definitely will be coming back and will also recommend him to all my pals!

I visited Timpsons with my son this morning (13/08) to get a key cut. We visited the branch at Bar Hill Tesco.
I wanted to submit a review to say just how wonderful the staff member was; unfortunately I didn?t get his name but he was the only member of staff at the time.
We asked if we could watch him cut the key as my son was interested in knowing how it was done. Instead, he said my son, aged 10, could cut the key himself. He was a little nervous to do it but the staff member was so friendly and encouraging that he quickly warmed to the idea. The staff member provided all of the appropriate safety equipment and talked him through the process before starting, including safety warnings. He was so kind to my son and he came away ecstatic that he?d done in.
On top of all this, despite my protesting, he refused payment, insisting that as my son had done the work himself he shouldn?t be paid.
It was one of the best customer service experiences I?ve ever had. What a lovely man.

Fantastic service from Chris! Took along my car key fob that was electronically fine, but had a bent piece in the mechanism. Left it with him while I went shopping and on my return he'd found a way to fix it and bring it back to life. Couldn't recommend any higher!
