Polite staff, quick service. Only problem was that of the three keys copied none worked. Took them back, redone, still none worked. Took them back again, one worked. Took the other two back for a refund because I won't be going that way any more and was told that even though I bought keys for £8 each the refund was would be £12 because it was their policy under a deal. I'd mind less if I hadn't replaced the lock barrel because a Timpson's key of six months old broke off in it. Never had this trouble with the independent shops.

I?ve been a Timpson customer in Cambridge since 2008 and it never let me down. It?s an amazing business that always delivers great service, including customer service. The staff is very professional and lovely. Today once again at the Sainsbury?s branch in Brooks Road, Rory and Connor were impressive, working together as a great team, they fixed my deceased mum?s watch and bracelet, which had a lot of sentimental value for me. Many thanks again Timpson, Rory and Connor.

The services that I have used here (dry cleaning, key cutting and battery replacement on watches) are good and have a quick turnaround. However, I waited 15 minutes today for the shop to be open at 10am and nobody came so I'm not too sure when the opening hours are. Someone else has mentioned that the shop has closed 20 minutes early in another review. I called the number on the sign but it couldn't connect me to anyone. The hours (which I know is dependent on staff availability) are not great for those who work during the week.

I've had shoes re-heeled,watch straps done and new batteries fitted.These guys are pleasant,friendly,professional and above all affordable..My dry cleaning also came back with super sharp creases in my trousers and the wife's pleated skirts and dresses,looked like they were fresh out of the factory the day they were made..These guys are absolute wizards,the should change the name to "The Midas Touch"Brilliant service..thanks Jack,Connor and Co..

It says on all the advertising/posters that Timpsons are a family business that prides themselves on providing courteous service. This sort of thing is becoming increasingly rare nowadays. I can say from personal experience that Timpsons keep their promise. I regularly take dry cleaning, watches for repair and shoes to reheel to the Timpsons branch inside Coldhams Lane Sainsbury's and every time I do, I get friendly, fast and good quality service. Jack Stone is a credit to the company as nothing is ever too much bother for him and he is always friendly, approachable and efficient. Thank you!

Key was cut for 10.99 and does not work at all .... completely the wrong size , how can they get something this simple wrong ! A complete waste of money, Im going elsewhere ! I wish I had read the key cutting reviews.
