Amazing experience! The heel of my dress shoe was coming off, so I stopped in to see what they could do. I dropped them off for just 30 minutes and they were fixed perfectly. Matthew did an excellent job and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

I popped into the Lions Yard store to ask for some help with a pair of shoes, the new manager Connor could not have been more helpful. He glued them and touched them up to try and sort my shoes out and he did an excellent attempt to save my shoes that were, in all honesty, beyond repair and he furthermore he wouldn?t take any money or accept a tip! I have never witnessed such incredible service and all with a beaming smile, I will most definitely use this shop as many times as possible in the future and will be sending all my family and friends. Thank you Connor for service above and beyond! You made my day!

Recently I have repaired a watch, however the screw came off after 2 days. I didnt even use it once after repair as it was broken again when I wanted to wear it.

Excellent service. Connor was so thoughtful and gave the work such a personal touch. He even went through the trouble of troubleshooting a particular persistent stain until he figured it out. Shoes looks great! Will definitely return.

This review is shamefully belated and my apologies to Paul for not getting to this sooner. I visited Paul in Lion Yard store in the autumn of last year to have some shoes re-creped. Paul was very accommodating with my needs and took his time to get the job done properly. He saved me the hassle of facing the stiff tariffs, had I sent my shoes back to Norway to get the job done there. Thank you, Paul.
