A bottle of Corona. Normally sells for about £1 a bottle.
£5.95!
Basically six quid for a one pound bottle!
I know you need to make a profit but this is taking the mickey.

Disappointing Experience at The Workshop Restaurant
Our recent visit to The Workshop Restaurant at Duxford was unfortunately very disappointing. As frequent visitors to Duxford, we were surprised by the uninspired menu, which we found to be significantly overpriced for the poor quality of the food.
We ordered toasties and the Pilot's Platter. The toasties were undercooked and chewy, and even after being sent back, they were only partially toasted. The Pilot's Platter was also subpar, with a small piece of ham and a soggy pork pie.
The quality of the food was lower than a standard supermarket meal deal, not what one would expect from a place claiming to be a restaurant. While we love Duxford's exhibitions, this experience means we'll be bringing our own food for future visits.

What a fiasco - one poor girl on the till who then had to walk to the other end of a long till to make the tea and coffee. People were leaving the queue in droves because the wait was so long. Food tepid and poor quality £25+ for two toasted sandwiches and 2 drinks. Never again!! More staff definitely needed

Poor quality food, seriously overpiced. More expensive than five guys with meat quality similar to a burger van. Both kids burgers were burn't. Nobdy around to complain to. Mediocre chicken burger and chips £14!

The 'Churchill' Burger. Seriously, DON'T bother. For the price charged, you'd expect a decent steak burger, not what seems to be the cheapest cash & carry burger money can buy, hidden in a brioche bun. I've had better, cheaper burgers from McDonalds and even from the local burger van. It was inedible and went in the bin. A shame, as the rest of my trip was excellent. Had to stop on the way home to find something actually worth eating.
Seriously Duxford, this REALLY lets the whole place down, it's not hard to provide decent food at a decent price.

Fantastic historical place. Great for a quick break. Free parking too.

Having spent a super morning looking at the British Aircraft Collection the nearby Workshop Restaurant seemed ideally placed for lunch. What a disappointment; queued for twenty minutes just to order two sausage rolls although the queue was not particularly large. The gentleman on the till spent a lot of time on his phone whilst another staff member was constantly clearing tables that were long vacated and already empty. When a third staff member turned up to help much time was taken up instructing him how to use the till: all in all a shambles. The chef in the kitchen had his act together and once ordered the sausage rolls were produced pretty quickly although the quality of them certainly did not justify the long wait.

We went on Sunday amd there was hardly any food available, especially as I'm a vegetarian, so we had coffee snd chips. The place was spotless thought amd the staff friendly. Chips were great too!Wheelchair accessibility: It was tricky to get the wheelchair through the door because of the door sill.

Last year, this was a good place to eat with good options. Not the same now. Limited expensive choice, I went for the chicken burger. Plenty prepared at the serving hatch. Mine was dry, overcooked and tepid. The bun was dry and not worth the money. Sausage roll was tasteless and Luke warm. Coffee very week and milky. Not given the gold vip discount either. To sum up, a waste of £24.00 and would not recommend this venue.

Utterly disgusted by our experience. When we arrived in the restaurant, we took a photograph of what appeared to be a very nice menu. What we didn't know at the time, was that barely any of it was available. We are a party of 5 and just wanted a sandwich, a snack and a drink for lunch, but apparently this wasn't convenient to them. There were plenty of baked goods. There were no ham and cheese sandwiches, a limited number of chicken and sweetcorn sandwiches and the ham sandwiches we chose as a replacement were out of date! The highlight of the meal (the only one!) was the sausage rolls, which were very nice. The other insult was the price! The whole meal cost £60 - we had fish and chips at another restaurant which cost us £39 for the 5 of us. Utterly ridiculous. Do not recommend. Choose literally anywhere else or bring a picnic.

Friendly staff and good selection of hot and cold food. Seating both inside and outside on bench tables.

The choice of food at this restaurant (the only place on the Duxford site, I believe, to offer proper meals) is not overly inspiring. The quality is not too bad. But I wish I'd brought a picnic
