This store has come a long way and it?s much more accessible than it used to be . The manager both store and deputy are always around and available to help . Staff are always very friendly and approachable..Would definitely recommend this shop

hello, my grand mother come to this store because she loose her wallet and she ask if anyone has seen, the manager with hair red scream at my grand mother and swear at her in the face, ( my grand mother cannot understand very much english ) but she can understand when someone is swearing to her,I put complain because is not good for her to do it when child is in shop too

AVOID! Do not shop here. ( Cambridge )I visited this store to buy some craft and painting items for my sons 14th birthday, only to be insulted directly to my face by the manager, my day wasn't going so well because i had had a recent loss in the family, only to be told by the manager that my loss and pain was nothing compared to hers. then proceeded to insult me further.This is not the first time the manager has done something like this, i have been to this store on multiple occasions, only to have her berating someone. or kicking them out of the store because she don't have what they want.

Bit of a small shop but I found what I wanted, some things in the sale which was good. The lady that served me at the tills was really smiley and friendly. I?m always shopping in The Works to see what they?ve got.

Id just like to take the time to appreciate the assistant manager for always being so helpful and friendly, she is one of the only people in this place that actually makes me feel like a welcome customer.
