Excellent customer service and super fast installation. I had a carpet drama where I destroyed my carpet by trying to clean it at home and made it smell horrendous. Thankfully Ben provided brilliant service at a very good price and installation was 5 days later. I was so impressed with the service and quality of the carpet and highly recommend the Carpet Mill

Brilliant service from Ben, Colin and the rest of the team. We chose to have new flooring throughout our house. Talking via phone, email and WhatsApp was very easy, our questions always answered quickly and with great detail. The install itself was brilliant and we're thrilled with the end result. Popped in over the weekend and had great service from Ben. Warm and friendly guy, not at all sales-y, very knowledgeable - can't think what happened with the last reviewer! Nice spacious showroom with lots of range; we were interested in engineered wood and they had 4 brands including lots of Kahrs, which our architect has recommended. Pleased enough that we're hoping to use them for our extension. Obviously we haven't gone through the whole process yet but so far I would recommend :)

We have been completely delighted by the whole service from Peter at the Carpet Mill. I have used Peter before a few times for carpet and vinyl for my bathrooms but this time needed a much bigger job - LVT throughout the ground floor of my house. He was so brilliantly helpful advising and lending us samples and really went about and beyond the call of duty to make sure we made the right choice. I love that he is the opposite of a pushy-sales type and just gives honest advice and helps you make up your own mind. I will recommend this service to everybody, absolutely thrilled with our flooring. The fitter he works with (Paul) is also brilliant. Thank you!
