Your Covent garden shop employees need some training on how to close a shop and how to talk to costumers. We were pushed out 10 minutes before closing time while we were trying to buy something and we were reminded multiple times by differrent staff that they were closing and obviously wanted to go home early. Several people complained that day (boxing day 2018) that they felt unwelcomed. Especially to look out for her rudeness: lady with the head scarf, Israeli/jewish looking one. Compliments to the manager that handled well.
