One of the worst building societies I have had the unfortunate experience to have had an account with. Shoddy service and very rude staff. Walked down the road and opened an account at the Yorkshire BS, completely different. Helpful, attentive staff who could not do more to assist. One star from me.

This was so helpful. I am disabled and although I lived in Cambridge for 62 yrs I still find it really usefull to have maps and directions to hand .well done
