Had a very lovely appointment with Faye for an eyebrow wax and tint. Patch test was done 48-hours beforehand, and she was very accommodating when I had to change the time due to an overrunning appointment. Very happy with my eyebrows, they now actually resemble nice, neat eyebrows and not two big caterpillars on my face, and Faye was lovely and professional. Will definitely be back and more than happy to recommend!

I have several treatments done by Faye, these include Hollywood wax, lash lift and powder brows, all of which have been done with perfection! Faye is so professional and has so much experience in all areas of her work! I am now a regular customer and i highly recommend Faye and her salon for all treatments!

My experience was not what I expected at all. It felt extremely unprofessional throughout the whole thing. I've been left with lots of wax still on my skin which she didn't clean up afterwards. At one point she failed to remove a strip for about 15 minutes which was incredibly painful resulting in her having to bring out scissors. I've also been left with multiple bits of hair which she didn't remove, including my belly which she charged an extra £5 for! I could have done a better job myself. The overall experience was not what I expected from a professional place whatsoever, and I regret spending £40. I really really do not recommend!

I enjoyed Faye's ( the owner ) facials, my favorite is the one with the face massage included, it was so relaxing and my face was glowing and plumped up. She has a soft energy in her hands and very gentle. I have already booked another facial with her. Highly recommended.
