It's Tesco....so ?

I went to tesco express store at cherryhinton.
Date : 12 January 2025
Time : 1 pm
Cambridge. Suddenly store manager came to me and tell to not bring escooter inside .
I just told that i am regular customer of this store and i see regularly many customer brings there escooter inside so why i am being told to left scooter out
Then see became rude to me and just told that you are ban from store and you should not come to store again
or i will call the police
This is totally embarrassing for me
I want you to take against manager Carry
I will not tolerate this behaviour against me

used to be great but their evri machine has been broken for 8 ???? weeks. ive been on holiday twice in that time. went in other day, took a photo to prove to a customer that I couldnt send the parcel, woman working there goes ?ah yeah i still need to call them about that?? WHAT. PLEASE FIX IT PLEASE

what schedule does this store have? it's 9:40 p.m. and the employee at the store is no longer serving customers with lottery tickets.. what's going on? do you respect customers? it is horrible to write on the internet that you are open until 11 pm and you do not serve customers and show zero respect

Really friendly staff! I go to this Tesco express almost everyday and it is rare to find a shop with such a good and friendly team!

Good local shop. Stocks most products and has long opening hours. Some items more expensive than the nearby large Tesco.

This store is nice for the people living in this area.Opening hour ? 11 PM.They have all necessary items in the reasonable price. Easy to access as it is on main road. The staff is good and helpful

This is a good little local Tesco, it has the basics. The staff members are generally helpful. It can get busy at times because of the nearby building works and school pickups.
