Looking at the state of their products that are visible from the outside, I would be concerned about the quality of anything in this shop. Those Dr. Peppers look like they have been sat there since last century. Are they even fizzy anymore?!?!

The manager demonstrated unprofessional behaviour when addressing a customer with a small child who was experiencing issues with the ATM. Her approach was perceived as dismissive and aggressive.
Customer experience is awful.

Don?t use ATM here! ATM cash machine was out of service but no one mentioned this, no any single sign of it! ATM just took my bank card and never gave it back! Staff in store was not helpful. They?ve put a sign machine out of order straight after we contacted them on this issue.

Sent two students with Special Educational needs to buy a meal deal today, the lads chose a large fruit punnet instead of a small one by mistake; they were charged £8.50. I asked them to go back and get their money back, the guy behind the counter didn't give them a receipt and then told them they couldn't return it because they had no receipt; even though he was the one responsible for not giving them one. They had gone back within 5-10 mins, he could see they were trying to purchase a meal deal, why didn't he just help them ? Poor customer service, not impressed ill be going in later to speak to this so called manager.

I struggle with the layout of the self serve or main tills; this somehow needs to be re-designed. Basically when you queue for the staff tills you get people rush across in front of you from the self serve tills. This can seem to create chaotic shop when busy and essentially a little too crowded. This would be great if the Tesco store designers could possibly improve this for customers. I understand that the shop is quite small but could be better laid out.Also, on the staff tills some kind of barrier for queuing would seem suited as I'm finding other customers seem to stand too close to the customer at the till. I've experienced this a couple of times and felt a little uncomfortable.Also, if I use the store earlier in the day and need to pay at the staff tills (with cash) I find I have to wait around as the staff all seem to be replenishing stock levels then I find myself having to find a member of staff. Maybe a bell / buzzer system of some sort could potentially work with a large sign??Other than these points I find the store staff friendly.

Excellent, friendly service by Jojo who's a huge asset to Tesco. Customer experience is great. Above and beyond, and many new and old customers comment about what a breath of fresh air she is.

Poor range and very few value products, mostly overpriced brands. Tends to be understaffed so I hope you like standing round waiting. They do that annoying thing where you have to scan a loyalty card to get product discounts. There's a very good Asda nearby.

The "manager" Steve aka Sven was really unhelpful when I could not prove that 5 minutes previously I'd bought ice lollies that were totally defrosted. Not able to see that until I opened the boxes at home. Refused to help at all. Not a good experience at all.

Does not have a license. Apparently the Ruskin students can't be trusted with alcohol. This is a little annoying when you've made the trip for one thing.
