If I could give negative stars, I would've. An appalling 45 minute wait to collect 1 prescription. Please bear in mind I am here because I'm unwell. And then this. It looks like no one is answerable. I hope and pray no-one needs to use this service.

I've been using this Pharmacy for three months now. There's always a huge queue. On at least three occasions they haven't processed the prescription or been able to fulfill after a week. Terrible service. I'm going elsewhere.

Terrible service local doctors send prescriptions straight to pharmacy and then you have to wait for them to be ready to dispense which takes days - terrible.They do not check for updated prescriptions regularly and offer a text service stating your prescription is ready - translation- we have downloaded your proscription 2/3 days after it has been sent to them, it?s not ready and you have to wait a minimum of 30 mins for them to action the proscription.How they have got away with this is joke of a service for long raises eyebrows - raise your game Tesco, your supposed to be a critical service on the front line currently I?m surprised no one in conjunction with the Maple Surgery?s incompetence has caused a death yet.

Ok only problem is you get a text to say prescriptions ready and when you go there it's not you have to wait I was waiting about 15 minutes to get it ready and I went a day after I received the text .

I would say I have had good service 9 out of ten times to be fair. The staff have always tried to help with respect.

It was 8pm and my wife had sent me off to Tesco with a list of stuff I had no idea about where to look (apart from the blueberries). So, I disturbed a member of staff with a colleague who were on a computer. I asked where I could find one item. He stopped what he was doing and took me to where it should be. Empty shelf. He checked his hand held device and dutifully went to the storeroom. Unfortunately, they were out of stock despite the hand held saying they had some. I trundled off searching for the last item. Failed. Nabbed him again - straight to it. Top service. In fact, as I wandered off to pay, he saw me and asked if I needed any more assistance. First class - his name was Jordan. I hope his manager sees this and thanks him again for me.

Some people have had to wait a long time for the phone to be answered. I am glad to report thay have now changed their service. I only had to wait for 1 minute before they cut me off.

The Pharmacy telephone number appears to be that of the main store rather than the Pharmacy.A call on the number was unanswered for about 25 minutes today.Times of opening of the Pharmacy as given are apparently incorrect. Advice given by telephone today is that the Pharmacy closes between 1 and 2 at lunchtime. A message could not be taken, even at 13:58.To avoid potentially serious problems, I respectfully suggest that the above should be reviewed by both the management of the Pharmacy and that of the Store.
