We came in on Sunday without realizing that the menu changes to roast. The staff offered to cook something for us from the regular menu, although they don't normally offer that as an option. Everything was excellent and staff were very attentive and kind. Would absolutely recommend

An absolutely incredible experience as ever at Taj Tandoori! With excellent service, including personalised dishes, complimentary starters and a surprise birthday cake!!! An atmospheric restaurant with unbelievable food! The BYOB element of the restaurant has completely reinvented our family meal dynamic now that we are all over 18. Could not recommend a better curry house in Cambridge!

We recently used Taj Tandoori to cater for our son?s 1st birthday party, and we couldn?t be happier with the service and food.
We had lamb and vegetable samosas for starters, which were fresh, flavourful, and loved by everyone. For the main, we had chicken jalfrezi, lamb bhuna, tarka dhal, spicy lamb naga curry, vegetable bhuna, pilau rice, salad, and sauces, and they were all absolutely delicious. Each of the curries were rich and full of flavour, the meat was perfectly tender, and our guests couldn?t stop complimenting how good everything tasted.
A special thanks to Naim, who made the whole process incredibly easy. He was friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful from start to finish, taking all the stress out of organising the food.
On the day, they arrived on time, set everything up in the bain marie, and ensured it stayed hot and ready for our guests.
The catering was competitively and very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of food provided. We had so many compliments and it was a huge hit. Highly recommend Taj Tandoori for any event!

Great food and a brilliant personalised service from Faisal. We were wary of the spice levels for some of the dishes and Faisal catered to our needs.
We ordered paw bhaji, chicken 65, chaat puri, and gulab jamun - all very delicious.

Apart from on street parking limitations this restaurant is a refreshing find for me, my family and friends. We usually order in through them but recently went in with friends and family to be amazed by the ambience, food, exceptional customer service from (Faizal mohammed) and the staff. We were given all flexibility to adapt our food on varied spice level requirements and food choices made by a large group of us. This is currently our most favourite authentic Indian Bangladeshi restaurant in Cambridge. Highly recommend to all.

Collected an order from here. Just in the area for the weekend but got food from here twice! Still dreaming about the delicious chicken shashlik and naan with dal i had. Will definitely come back when I visit Cambridge again.
