Attempted to exchange an item that was too small to store outside of the 28-day window by a couple of weeks. I appreciate that it's outside of the returns policy, but the item was a gift following the birth of my daughter and I've been recovering from surgery. The store manager told me that it wasn't possible and to speak to customer services. I spoke to customer services and was told returns are at the manager's discretion! Some transparency / honesty would be nice.

Rude staff
Actually my phone was hanged so we were just restarting our phone but she was manager i think very rude she didn?t care she wanted us to pay quickly even there were no other customers but still they wanted us to pay quickly and keep saying that pay your bill and didn?t gave us time and didn?t care that we have problem in our phone it?s not appropriate manner they should have to learn some manners if customer want little time staff should have to give time and there are no reason for being rude but other staff was very polite she helped us to find right size of jacket but in future never want to visit Cambridge store again

RUDE STAFF : "I?ve been a regular customer for three years, but the rude behaviour of the store staff while handling a return was disappointing. The situation could have been managed better, but humiliating a customer over a simple return?whether accepted or not?was completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, I won?t be returning to this store again." I will be Donating the return items instead.

Staff members were friendly but manager was dismissive and unfriendly. Always had amazing experiences with other Superdry outlets and am a big fan of the brand. However, would not to visit this outlet in Cambridge again.

Cambridge UK store. Good quality products. EXTREMELY poor customer service. Spent 115 pounds on a large coat. When asked for a bag to put our purchase into, the manager stated it cost 10 pence per bag and that we would have to purchase them. No exceptions. Had this not been a birthday gift my daughter wanted, I'd have walked out of the store. This will be my first and last visit to this store chain.
