I went in just before closing today and the Staff were amazing x Smiley and Helpful Brogan n Bianca were fantastic thank you to them both as I wasn't in the mood for entertaining my email on the screen and Brogan was more than happy to help and Bianca was knowledgeable about the product I wss looking for

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I called to ask about a prescription and the person was so rude. I was nothing but polite asking him to clarify as English is not my first language and he ended up saying ?I already explained everything, and I have better things to do in my work so I?m gonna go back to my work? and just hung up on me. I was calling for a prescription of a medicine! Honestly I was so shocked that someone can speak that rudely to a person who?s just trying to get clarification. What a horrible horrible place idk how they could hire such people.

Avoid at all cost's.My disabled son was charged £85 for an aftershave that was on sale for £40 so I went back into the shop with him to check if it was £85 or £40 as he might not have read it right but he was right £40 when I asked why has he been charged £85 when it clearly says £40 the woman started laughing and walked off laughing with another member of staff another lady ended up sorting it out and was very apologetic but the attitude of the other 2 members of staff was disgusting.We got his money back But from now on we won't be shopping in superdrug.

I visited Superdrug multiple time and, unfortunately, the experience was less than satisfactory due to their apparent shortage of staff. The store was noticeably understaffed, leading to excessively long wait times at the tills.
Despite a substantial queue of customers waiting to pay, there were only a one of cashiers available. The lack of sufficient staff made the checkout process frustratingly slow. This not only caused significant delays but also created a stressful environment for both customers and the overworked employees.
Superdrug needs to address their staffing issues promptly. Adequate staffing is crucial to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make necessary adjustments to improve their service. Until then, I would hesitate to shop there again if I?m in a hurry.

I recently brought this deep heat spray which is horrible whenever i spray. All my housemates are sneezing and coughing. I know there is nothing you could do with the spray, all i request is to accept this return and exchange with a good one.

Greeted pleasantly as I entered the store by the make up/security staff. I was asked if I needed any help as I was browsing. I couldn't find what I was looking for so approached the same staff member who helped search for the product and even checked the drawers. Unfortunately the colour I wanted was unavailable however the staff member was very helpful and provided good customer service throughout my time in store.
Later I popped over to the store on Sidney street and wasn't even greeted at all! What a contrast in customer service.

Order arrived 3 weeks later for collection, when not able to collect and requesting a refund somehow I received an email that it had been collected which is false. Online customer support not able to help.

Went to get some medicine from the pharmacy due to having an anaphylactic reaction. I was about to pay for the medicine and then proceeded to get ID'd despite telling the pharmacist about my issue. Still got the medicine and survived so 5/5 stars.
