I had a great experience at the pharmacy section of Superdrug today. Jennifer was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful. She not only prescribed the medication I needed, but also took the time to clearly explain how to use it and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her friendly and knowledgeable service made me feel very well taken care of. Thank you, Jennifer!

I?ve been really pleased by the way the pharmacist and his assistants have advised me and have, despite infrastructure failings outside their control, managed my prescriptions.

My prescription was sent here 2 days ago and i went after 2 days and still the meds was not ready and they said because they were behind and they will prepare it now and will take some time and then one of the meds was also not available! Not happy with the service

The main pharmacist excels in his practice, with an unfailingly kind and helpful manner even when clearly working under a great deal of pressure. I can't commend him highly enough.(Nb: On his days off, your experience may be different)
