Tables empty of people but not of dirty pottery and didn't see any cleaning if the tables in preparation fir the next customer.
Staff pleasant, food and coffee to standard.
Toilet, not great hand basin reseal needed, mirrors not great shabby, no loo paper but alerted staff and they sorted. Always carry tissues - for emergencies. I'm always comparing establishments, Starbucks, I expect more.

Coffee and food are nice, like they usually are in these chain stores, but the staff are useless. Its been a problem in this store since it opened although there was a period of time (a few years ago) with a manager who was excellent, and the store was great then. Since then, had a really dippy manager who was useless and the staff just have no urgency about them and when its busy - its REALLY busy! The Franchise Operator seem blinkered to sorting stuff out. The toilets are clean enough, café is clean enough, just need to get some staff who are interested in working for a living.
Parking: shared parking on the retail park and not always space near starbucks.

This used to be my goto Starbucks, Yuri is a fantastic manager. Unfortunately the last two times, there has been a new male manager with a fade haircut, he wears a white shirt with no apron or name badge to identify himself (08.09.24 12:00) the individual is extremely unpleasant, on this occasion I bought a new reusable green cup, he insinuated that I was going to use it without paying for it. I asked for a medium drink in the cup, he said it was a large cup suggesting I need to pay for a large beverage - the cups are one size, if I ask for a medium put that volume in the cup, its not complicated. I noticed a few other customers dealing with his attitude. The rest of the team at that location are awesome it?s a shame it only takes one person to ruin a good experience

It's a Starbucks in a retail park. This should answer most of your questions. There is wifi available, and plenty of power outlets if you're planning on doing some work while you have your Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Terrible customer service - I stood by the counter whilst waiting to be served being completely ignored by at least 4 staff members doing absolutely nothing. When I asked to be served I was then told I?m being rude! 5mins later I got my order, which was done completely wrong! The staff ignore the fact that some people have food intolerances.
