The worst Starbucks I?ve ever been too the staff were extremely rude and dismissive and very slow. They made my drink wrong twice and didn?t even apologise for the inconvenience. The place is dirty and lacks any atmosphere. Will never visit again.

£1.90 for 2 biscuits absolute disgrace. I had a sausage bap and it was awful, the bap was so tough. Coffee was ok, won't be going back! The druggies outside didn't do much for the atmosphere. Table was filthy

Dietary restrictions: Just came in for lunch and Asked for a semi skimmed cookies and cream frappuchino as I am allergic to whole milk and they then made made my drink with whole milk and when I asked them about changing it for semi skimmed they moaned about it but they remade it but then said to me that they couldn't guarantee that there wouldn't be no cross contamination from the milk jug they used (which says they don't wash up properly). Then as I was walking away the women coullege said to the other one that if he comes in here again and asks for a drink with semi skimmed milk il make him one with whole milk that will teach him for asking us to change it. How bloody rude is this they could of sent me to hospital if I drank whole milk definitely not coming back here again.

Visited today, thankfully they were open - as it seemed 2/3s of Cambridge was closed! I went in and asked for a Tall Filter, and the manager turned it on fresh for me, with no quibble. Not all stores do that. So top marks for that. I think it was Pike Place coffee. It wasnt' all that strong, hence not a 5 star, but the fact they took the trouble of turning it on, means a good 4 stars are deserved. And just a nod and showing my cup, let me have my free refills. I honestly don't know why Starbucks in the UK do not push Filter coffee. It's cheaper to make. Tastes better than Americano (by a country mile), and you get a free refill. Only other downside was that the leather chairs you see in some older photos were not there.. All wooden for some reason.

Ordered a hot chocolate today and received an unknown beverage with nuts on top. Unknown to the staff, I'm deathly allergic. Caused significant panic for me and my friend. Will be returning for a beverage once the severity of my PTSD goes down, as suggested by my doctor (attached is a photo of me)

To be honest I was waiting for someone to come out of Primark.Staff were OK but nearly 4quid for a bog standard black coffee is a p take. Dirty tables,people just using the free wi fi and people bringing e scooters in to clutter the place up didn't help spread the cheer much. Have visited Starbucks in the states where customer satisfaction is paramount,sadly Fitzroy St cambridge doesn't match up. I'm not Starbucks target audience and I'm happy with that, but I do deserve a pleasant experience,which sadly this wasn't. I won't be back ,but I guess neither me or Starbucks will miss each other.

Food and drinks were fine. Can?t fault the staff behind the tills but there was no one on the ?floor? in the half an hour or so that we were there. We didn?t have to queue, and there was a steady flow of people in and out after us. However, the cleanliness of the space wasn?t great. 2 of the tables were unable to be used and the window ledge (where we originally tried to stand until a table with chairs was available) were all dumped with waste / spilt drinks etc. I understand the staff do not make this mess but this shouldn?t be left for the next round of customers to clear up (or dump on the nearest table). Seating was limited - this table pictured had no chairs around it and there was only 2 stools along the window (1 in use by another customer). No seating was available upstairs either for the size of our group of 3 at the time - which upon reflection we should have checked prior to ordering to sit in. Overall, the experience was extremely off-putting having to manoeuvre other people?s mess and clean the tables. Disappointed.

Disappointing that Starbucks would not accept cash payment today. Barista told me it's company policy. Starbucks your policy sucks!
