We were attended by Barbara and my family and I felt at home, very helpful and with very pleasant service. You need staff like this in all Strabucks stores. Barbara, my family likes it and said they will come back to have more quality time and a great breakfast, thank you very much.

I messed up and forgot to make a coffee an oat latte. Luckily I realised and called the cafe. First they picked up the phone and even though I placed my order through Just Eat they were willing and able to update that coffee for me. I am very grateful.
Incidentally I often go in here for a sit in coffee and I enjoy this shop.
I love Eggnog Latte and would drink them all year round and just tried the Festive Feast Panini which was fantastic and nearly as good as Ross Geller's Christmas sandwich, IYKYK.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Starbucks, thanks to the exceptional service from Selina and Gillian. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Selina greeted me with a big smile, which immediately brightened my day, while Gillian listened carefully to my order, even remembering the special tweaks I like for my Matcha.
They worked seamlessly together to ensure every customer felt valued, making each interaction feel personal and sincere. Not only did they prepare my drink perfectly, but they also took a moment to check if everything was to my liking. It?s rare to find such a genuine level of care and attention in a busy setting like this, and it truly stood out.
Selina and Gillian embody what exceptional customer service should be. Their positivity, professionalism, and passion for what they do make this Starbucks a standout location. I look forward to coming back, knowing I?ll always have a fantastic experience thanks to them.

Staff were talking for ages the fire I was served. Wouldn?t have minded so much but after I left and tried my coffee I realised they gave me cows milk instead of oat. Really disappointed in the service, had to throw away as I can?t have dairy.

It was the only place open at the time we arrived to Cambridge. Coffee meh but it?s Starbucks so what do you expect. Only nice thing about this place is that the staff were really nice

Long opening hours. Unfortunately, the coffee was hit-and-miss. Sometimes good, sometimes really poor. The place is clean and spacious.

Rarely have I seen such bad customer service. I didn't get a hello, nothing. The workers seem to be extremely bored and not happy to be working here.
Well get another job is working at Starbucks makes you sad.

Absolutely rude service! A tall girl with brown hair snatched a cup out of my hand because she thought I was ?stealing? when I asked to use the bathroom and she said I need to buy something first which I was going to. She still didn?t let me use the bathroom either!
