Awful service. Tried calling multiple times but kept getting hung up on

There no option for 1 star. Dreadful service. After 8 phone calls to book my plant, two week before the date I required. Then up to collect. No we done have it. And we can't get it. A hotel shit down with gas works unable to be completed. Staff can't resolve the issue. Or care to try. Wish 0 star was an option.

The service I received was exemplary.Jordan in the Cambridge branch couldn’t have been more helpful. I needed to arrange for a dehumidifier to be delivered.
