My daughter was to excited to finally find a bag she wanted. When we went to check out the lady wasn?t friendly. I took an extra minute trying to get my card out. I was struggling so I apologized. She didn?t seems to care. She was so rude and made our experience in the store unpleasant. Plus the bag said 30% off and she charged us full price. We won?t be going back. We were at the Grand arcade.
