“I love the Ecco brand and having a store in my city is very convenient. In this shop in particular I feel very welcomed: the staff is very competent, knows every model and can very easily recommend the right model for what I was looking for. Both Zoe and Edoardo were very helpful and did an amazing job following so many clients at once in a very busy Sunday afternoon. Also, being able to speak Italian with Edoardo is a huge plus for me!”

My son was shopping for a school rucksack and each sales person he spoke to spoke directly to him rather than me, explained what they had in stock/had available for free delivery and didn't make him feel rushed into making a decision. My son said what an unusually nice shopping experience it was so I thought I'd feed it back :)”

“Came into the store today - 23rd Feb just after 5pm. Wanted to get a pair of light weight canvas type trainers to take on holiday. The person that served me was very helpful. I found a great pair of black canvas trainers that have laces but they can also be "slip ons". Just perfect for want I need. Thanks !”
