Nice surgery building and in-house pharmacy with good range of items to buy, but parking was almost impossible when I visited with all spaces full and vehicles double parked on pavements and verges. This is not my normal surgery and the service I received for my scan was very good but the low rating is because of the parking situation.

Website says it should be open (Saturday), Phone line says it is closed. Drove there to check, and it is closed, but no sign about any change to the opening hours ...or actually a sign about any opening hours at all.

Got prescription wrong, then was told to collect on the following Monday @10am. Arrived to be told they were never going to be here as they don't get deliveries on Monday.Couldn't organise a knees up in brewery.

Very efficient and friendly!Arrived on time, no delays in ten minutes as promised in a very instructive letter I was called in by a charming ultra sound technician. She was very friendly and helpful, her assistant was always near and looked busy too.Friendly smiles and relaxed atmosphere, feeling of being welcome with hope that they can help. I was surprised to know that the doctor was from Tennessee.Clean and tidy office, toilet facilities and a lot of room for visitors, free parking.It was my first visit to Sawston Medical Centre.

My mother had an appointment for a scan today, and whilst the staff were friendly and helpful, the sticking point is the availability of a wheelchair and access into the centre for a wheelchair user is surprisingly, in this day and age, very poor; no ramp and a rather high kerb to navigate, outside the CT department.

Very limited with critical appointments, for diabetic patients you must be more flexible on dates! I never had issues booking appointments with my old surgery/practice. Sort it out!

Rude on the phone. No chance of ever getting an appointment. Never get a call back. I called up and got told it wasn?t an appropriate time to call and I would have to call 111. Useless. No wonder the NHS is struggling.

Dr. Wagstaff was incredibly accommodating, personable, and gave her time and attention freely. After a mixup with locations (where I was told to sit and wait in a different Granta facility for an hour for naught), the Sawston practice proactively called the other practice to look for us, and then still accommodated us over an hour past the appointment time with no questions asked. This is the level of service one might expect from a private hospital, but never have I encountered this level of proactivity and understanding in the NHS. Full marks!

Incredibly upset by the level of service I received today whilst trying to make an emergency appointment. A very uncaring response was given to me by the secretary manager of the sawston branch both times I had phoned :(I hope that this isn?t a common experience.

Taking family members for covid jabs, arriving close to appointment times, so well organised no waiting outside. The staff were on the ball for telling people where to go. Well done to all.

Doctors are excellent. Receptionist are excellent!Its such a good drs. But....Is there a time where the pharmacy que is less busy!!!!Every single day ive been there. Twice a day to get my prescription and Each time thier is about 11 people in the que. I waited 45 mins and only 5 people had been seen. So i left. Its getting an absolute joke now..Like seriously. They take about 10 mins on each person ?
