Savills have from the start been absolutely first class.Our introduction visit was conducted by Lucy Bank where we were told the sale process and fees. For every viewing we were informed of times and dates and potential buyers were always accompanied by a Savills member of staff. Feedback was always provided Following a viewing.Later in the process Annie Darling took over the liason process between us and the buyers.She undertook speaking to solicitors where required and kept pushing the process along . The solicitor side dragged on but Annie kept all parties upto date.We cannot express how impressed we were with Annie and her work attitude.

I have been renting an apartment from these guys for over 9 years now. Originally they first helped me find exactly the right place for my needs. It was a difficult time for me as I was selling my home to give me cash to support my business. My remit was plenty of cloths space and somewhere easy to manage but that would nice place to live for a few years. The place they found was stunning and they even persuaded the landlord that I was a better option than an alternative party. I now have my own place in London of my own so its time to leave it for someone else to enjoy. Full of great memories . Thank you Savills

The house was on the market through a particularly difficult time, when energy prices and mortgage rates were rising, and it took a long time to sell, with price reductions along the way. The Savills service was consistently professional and determined, and I'd particularly want to praise our main contact there (Annie Darling) who never failed to keep us updated and deliver on promises; a model of the kind of service you want from an estate agent, but which you rarely get!

I first contacted Kristina with the idea of renting my property 5 months before I was ready to go. She gave me all the contract information and an estimate of the potential rent. When I was ready to go George found a suitable Tenant and within one month Louise had prepared myself and the property and. although it was close to the Christmas holidays, Savills did everything to get the rental up and running...I am very satisfied with their service.

We've had the pleasure of working with Annie Darling at Savills in Cambridge on the purchase of our new home.Annie was brilliant at staying in touch with us throughout a lengthy sale and purchase period and her advice and reassuring words were always appreciated.When some complications developed as we edged closer to exchange, we really felt that Annie helped drive progress forwards and helped influence solutions which worked for everyone.On more than one occasion, Annie called and provided updates on her days off and you could tell that she really cares about getting a great result for her vendors and buyers. It was wonderful to hear from Annie after we finally exchanged and this was, again, on a day when Annie wasn't supposed to be working!It's clear that Annie regularly goes above and beyond for her clients and we are very thankful that she works with such dedication.
