I got ill and called them 6 hours before my appointment and they still wanted to charge me.. I had to force myself walking down to their salon to ensure that I won?t be charged unfairly despite being ill.. the owner doesn?t even think that their putting their other customers in a risk of getting ill too I guess as they told me that I can still turn up despite being ILL.. the cancellation policy is so ridiculous, you need to inform them that you need to cancel your appointment 48 hours before any cancellation, which is fair if your reason is not about being ill. What I dont understand is that they dont have any compassion with their customers who got ill on the same day and would call them 6 hours before the appointment, giving them enough warning. I am not happy as I?ve been a customer for a couple of years already, but I guess loyalty isn?t even a thing for them. Anyway, I will never go back!!!

I had an appointment booked, ended up being unwell in hospital, let them know with 5 hours to spare that I wouldn?t be able to make it due to being unwell and got charged £58 for the appointment anyway. Seems incredibly mean! Will be finding a new place to go, hopefully somewhere a little more compassionate.

The friendliest staff! I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted - in and out in 20 mins. Quick without compromising quality. Excited to tryout other services!
Note: For eyebrow tints you will need a patch test prior to service. I just went in a day before, before 5pm. No appt needed for that and it takes less than 5 minutes.

I booked online to have my nails done, I was charged a £1.50 deposit. I called up the day before to check if they would be able to remove my acrylic nails before my appointment was due. She told me they wouldn?t be able to do it and asked if I?d like to cancel the appointment. I said perhaps I can find someone to remove my nails ahead of the appointment, in which case I can keep the appointment and let them know tomorrow? She said okay on the phone. Then I called the morning of my appointment to tell them that I couldn?t get them removed and would need to cancel. They called me back and told me that my card would be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment. The woman on the phone yesterday didn?t warn me about this. Apparently there is a pop up to warn me about this when you book online but I don?t remember it (I don?t deny that it may have been there, but I click okay on a million pop ups - as many people do).
I feel pretty blind sided by the fact I wasn?t warned on the phone yesterday that I?d be charged if I waited to cancel the appointment. Obviously I would have done that if I were told. Make sure you check the online policy and be careful!!!
