Tonight is the first time to order online with Deliveroo. I?m a regular shopper in person but tonight was unable to go in person. My complaint? The bread was packed at the bottom and the heavy milk on the top, hence bread crushed. Common sense please when packing.

I was in a queue with 2 people ahead of me who had baskets .i was waiting to get lottery tickets.i gave the cashier 2 scratchcards which had money on them.i asked for my lottery tickets and while she was doing that she asked me to move and asked the man behind me to move in front of me and put his basket on counter. I thought this was very rude and she apologised to him but not a word to me.she then proceeded to forget she hadnt given me the money for the scratchcards. Very poor customer service

Always lacking basic items, produce is bad quality, staff unhelpful at times and no signal anywhere in the shop, reducing opening times as well
