I ordered B&W basic A4 print for my tickets and the worker printed high quality colored papers and took extra 4 pounds for no reason! And we waited like 20 minutes for that nonsense. Really not recommend this place, just go use libraries!

I like this branch of Ryman. It is not very big, but they have crammed so many products in the space that they have. I often go here when I need stationery, and usually manage to find what I need.
Some of the staff can be a little rude/unfriendly, while others are lovely.
Overall, a good place to go if you need stationery.

The Deputy Manager treated me rudely, as if they were doing me a favour. Printing 38 small cards in a quite thin paper (similar to normal paper) costed more than 64 pounds. I had to cut the margins of the paper myself in the shop and they still made me pay an additional charge for their work (in pressing "print" in their computer?). The two sides of the cards were not even so, in printing, a little white margin was left in the sides of each card. Very bad experience, I would not recommend going

Check your printing!
Twice they made mistakes on printing. Both times they handed us other peoples private documents. The documents we were printing were highly sensitive and I had to stand there and check two hundred pages of printing with three small children with me. Incredibly inconvenient. Would not recommend.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this Ryman store . I went to purchase a notebook, but at checkout, the price was £2 higher than what I saw on the shelf. When I asked the staff member, Strut, to verify, he rudely insisted I move out of his way, even though both routes to the shelf were equally accessible.
After confirming the price difference, I tried to pay with Apple Pay, but it failed, so I used a credit card that was signed. Strut unreasonably demanded ID, despite the signature being visible. I?ve been in Cambridge for a month and never encountered this issue elsewhere. Throughout the interaction, I felt discriminated against, and the staff?s behavior was unprofessional.
I would expect better from Ryman, and this experience has left a very negative impression of the store.

Good Service
Looking for a card insert at Cambridge town centre last Sunday.
Therefore I entered this stationary store to ask for it.
Unfortunately the answer was 'no' again. But this young lady staff, who works on the Sunday shift, suggested that I look for it on Amazon kindly.
It's my 1st time I got suggestions from the UK staff. Impressive. Most of them either provide 'yes' or 'no' when I ask them for something.
The shop got quite a lot of stuff, despite it being relatively small. Can get bargains stuff when looking carefully.

The scanner is of very low quality considering the price. I would not recommend it. I scanned some Polaroid pictures, and while I understand it's not possible for the photos to be clear, the captions, which are literally handwritten, are absolutely terrible. Paying more than 4 pounds for a 3-page PDF (101 kB) is useless. The staff was unfortunately not kind about it.

Went there to get some documents printed for a visa process. Documents were printed on both the sides of the paper without letting us know, so we had to get another set of prints and were charged again. Extremely poor standard of customer service. Would not recommend to anyone

Very thankful for opening on Sundays but 2,20£ for printing one page of a boarding pass isn't it too expensive?

I went there to have some pages scanned. The manager explained to me that due to copyright issues he could not scan as many pages as I needed. That was fine by me. What I didn't like at all was his rudeness while he was explaining that to me. When I asked him to repeat something I didn't grasp, I was almost kicked out of the store. I understand that when they cannot satisfy their customers' requests they don't make money and they get disappointed. However, they are not entitled to be rude especially when the customers are polite and understanding.
