Once again I've been let down by Jardine's pharmacy . Last Wednesday they delivered some of my medication plus a note that I was due 56 Apixaban 5mg tablets. By Saturday morning these had still not arrived AND the Histon Road Branch of Jardines is shut on Saturday. So I had to arrange via 111, a temporary supply to be picked up in town - cost of the taxi there £9.00, taxi back £8.00! Its now Monday nearly 2.00pm and still no sign of my medication!

Michelle, was very helpful straight away even while her colleague was being rude to her, she kept composed and her knowledge of stock and products was impressive.

I came in for advice as I had spots on my throat and was seen by the pharmacist almost immediately. He was kind and understanding and prescribed me antibiotics. I'm so grateful for the speed and ease of the whole process, so much less stressful than going to the GP. The whole team were lovely. I will definitely come back for advice on any future concerns. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible communication. I?ve tried calling Jardine Pharmacy multiple times and not once have they picked up the phone ? even after letting it ring continuously for over an hour. It?s unacceptable for any business, especially a pharmacy where timely responses can be critical. If you?re looking for a reliable pharmacy that values customer service, I suggest going elsewhere. Completely disappointed.

Was traveling abroad in the evening and decided to pick up my medication the same morning. Upon arriving to my destination, I opened my medicine and although the sticker was correct the medication was completely different. This is unprofessional and shouldn?t have happened. Will be reporting and making a case to the proper authorities?

I definitely do not recommend this pharmacy. Today, we went there due to a complaint of neck stiffness, and my 3-year-old son was with me. We explained the problem to the attendant, who said that they couldn?t help and that the pharmacist would arrive within 5 minutes. We waited for more than half an hour; then the pharmacist arrived and went to the back area. When my son wanted to leave, we asked again, and the attendant pointed to the pharmacist, but the woman didn?t even look at us?she turned her back and continued dealing with the medications. She didn?t say anything or apologize. A very rude woman. Because of her behavior, we left and went to another pharmacy. I was very upset about the time I lost.

Avoid by all means. Prescribed a cream from GP. Arrived pharmacy at 12:50. They told me they have lunch break at 13:00 and there is not enough time to dispense. Asked me to come back at 14:00. I said it is a cream and you don?t need to do anything. 10 minutes is enough to literal take it from shelf and pass it to me. They insisted no time. What a joke.

Arrived at 1pm, it is lunch time. Ok I wait for 1 hour to collect prescriptions. 1 hour later: sorry our system is down, go to another pharmacy. Ffs you could have told me that straight away?

Ridiculous for a pharmacy to have these opening hours when there's so much demand. Even when you are open(as per google), I show up and it says you're closed.
Every time I've managed to get through the door, I'm in a long queue for 20+ minutes, watching people who queued for their meds get told that they haven't arrived (but the individuals been told it has) - ofcourse when it was my time to be served I was unable to get my emergency prescriptions to be able to breath, because they don't have it (yet the GP 200m away says they do).
Don't recommend this place to anybody with medical issues as it will only cause you stress and suffering.
The pharmacist has a dismissive personality and isn't helpful or informative at all. More often than not I am left suffering because of this pharmacies inability to function normally.

The slowest service ever. Never have any stock and the pharmacist has no enthusiasm. Not approachable at all super miserable.
