The best charity shop in Cambridge and the only charity shop that?s not part of chain too. Staff and volunteers are always friendly and fun. Always have interesting stock. Also the only place I?ll donate to in Cambridge.

One of my favourite charity shops on mill road! The staff are very friendly and have ran the shop for a long time - it feels like they are a little family. Items are very well priced. I enjoy visiting this place.

I saw a table lamp for £6 which is exactly what I needed. I only have £5 on me so I asked if they can sell it for me for £5 as I had overheard a few customers on the till who were able to haggle to items they bought. The staff turned down my offer so I was a bit surprised. So I left and as I walked a few blocks I remembered I have spare change on my other pocket and I am able to afford the £6 price tag so I hurriedly walked back to discover the shop had just closed probably just 5 minutes. I knocked on the door and the staff initially ignored me but i insisted since I really need the table lamp as I am planning to read a book that night. The lady opened the door a bit and stated they could not help me since they are already closed. I said I am buying the lamp, I will not browse I will pay for it now here at the door but she said to come back in the morning. What a stupid person and they call it Charity shop?
