I went to Rigby and peller today to be fitted, as I haven't had a proper bra fitting for a good few years. I was a little nervous going in, but was made to feel very comfortable by Amelia, my stylist, and all around had a great experience. They made sure I knew exactly what was happening throughout each step, and brought me different styles out to try on. All in all I ended up with some bras that I very much liked and fit perfectly, I really couldn't fault them! Thank you so much for settling my nerves :) great service

I made an appointment on line at the Cambridge shop, asking for a front fastening bra fitting(due to a severe shoulder injury preventing me putting on a back fastening one). I gave my mobile number in order to be kept updated, as required.Having got my husband to drive me the 30 miles, I was greeted and taken in to the fitting room where I was asked what I required, although this had been stated on my appointment form.I explained my needs to the assistant, who told me that they didn?t have any front fastening bras so they would measure me, send my details to the Knightsbridge shop, who would then send a bra to Cambs & I could return to try the garment.I found this unacceptable, as I could have been informed of this before we set off on our journey. My opinion of this previously excellent shop has plummeted. This lack of stock could easily have been relayed to me by a text to save a 60 mile round trip.I shall not be returning, and I suggest to future customers that they actually speak to a member of staff regarding their requirements before making a trip.

I had a fitting last Saturday for lingerie, and my whole experience was absolutely amazing. I was a little apprehensive, as I have never done this before, but I was put at ease straight away by Becky. She was very professional, and helpful, helping me choose lingerie that not only fitted really well, but was incredibly pretty.I would recommend Rigby and Peller to anyone.

Horrible experience at Grand Arcade branch on Saturday 9 September when I went there to enquire about a strapless bra for my wedding dress. I was greeted with an icy glare from the awful young woman there. While continuing to glare she asked if I was a customer of theirs. I said that I had bought two bras there a few years ago. She then stated that the strapless bras were 'in the drawers'. She made no offer to get them out or assist me in anyway. At that point I walked out of the store as I had no intention of grovelling in order to spend my hard earned money there.

Really nice. Early for my appointment but seen to straight away. Even had a changing room suitable for wheelchair users & for others with disabilities.

Lovely experience with the younger staff members but the manager is just awful. Not helpful when I had an issue with something that THEY had priced wrong, extremely rude and seems to look down on all customers. Not impressed with her at all, lets the whole shop down.

Today I had a fitting at R&B Cambridge and was assisted by Lara.It was a great experience and I received exceptional professional help. I was given great advice around the shape, cut and colour that suited me. It was obvious that I was in good hands. I ended up leaving with items that I wouldn't have picked out for myself but worked really well for me with regards to comfort, support and style preferences.Lara's assistance today was wonderful. She was lovely, courteous and simply great.I've been going to R&B for years and today's experience continues to meets their high standards.

Second visit. Lara was fabulous?could not have been more helpful. Whole (expensive) shopping event was put off by another staff member in the shop (maybe the manager?) who scowled at everyone - even the staff! and made like Cruella De Vil . What an awful woman! So rude to customers like she had a nasty smell under her nose. Surely they can?t have the Royal Warrant ?!5 stars for Lara but ditch the snooty manager!

I?ve been shopping in Rigby and Peller for 15+ years and was always happy with the products and service until today?I have asked for a choice of bras to try to be presented with something that was unattractive and frumpy. Not the experience I have received in the past.I may be older than the two young ladies in the shop but not to the point where I should be view in the manner in which I was. Being young and ageist is not a good look for the brand and it made me feel quite uncomfortable.

As usual they do not fail to impress. Yes the lingerie is expensive, but they do get the fit spot on. They have a fancy mirror, which is supposed to get your size by "looking" at you, but the consultant gets it right. I don't know how they do it, but no matter how much I try to get it right by myself I fail. Their bras also last a lot longer than the cheaper ones, so if you ask for or come during the sales, it's well worth a visit.
