Seem to allow people jumping queues which happened. Me and my daughter was waiting in the queue when the lady in front started talking to lady behind my daughter. Who then decided to jump the queue and stand in front of us . When we try to explain they didn?t seem to care . My daughter who has autism ptsd anxiety got quite upset

Terrible. Went to the changing room with my baby and mom and when we came out of the changing room there was a security guard standing just outside. This made me feel uncomfortable as it made it look liked I?m a ?suspect? for stealing and made my whole experience in the shop horrible. Also, I wasn?t treated like that before when I?ve visited multiple times and used the same changing room before, hence the review.

My friend and I were being followed by a really creepy man who called 3 more people to come and snatch us. They were amazing with keeping us safe, they called the police but the manager was really the most amazing woman ever. She went outside to stare them down and let us stay in the shop until my friends mum came. I can?t be more impressed with this shop x

Firstly, spending £29 on socks, boxers and 2 vest tops was a good idea because I actually needed them, but to my surprise the 80p reusable bag may have well taken my left thumb for the tax that wasn't included in my bill, I believe the places that they make their products are fighting back for equal pay, as the paper tag on this specific bag, gave to me, obviously a pre meditated attack on me on my rights, this is not right and my thumb now hurts soo bad I cannot write or drive due to this unforseen circumstance, one star does it for me

Staff was super sweet regarding handling a situation with a product my friend and I were purchasing, and despite the wait, Raf (who was at the till), was being very nice about it all.
