I have been in Cambridge for the last month having treatment at Addenbrook Hospital, we have used Pret for the month that we have been here, and would like to sat that visiting this Pret has been the highlight of the day for us, the staff are just so happy and cheerful on each day that we have visited some times once sometimes twice a day, the staff are an absolute credit to you highly recommend the food on offer as well ??

I like service at Pret, I like that it?s clean, but the coffee is always surprisingly bad. Especially if you choose alternative milk. It?s like Starbucks.

I?ve just been to Pret opposite Cambridge railway station, Tuesday 20.08.24 3.30pm. A male and a female were serving, there were no other customers waiting in front of me.
I got served by the female, and I asked for a regular coconut latte, extra hot.
Once I left the shop, I discovered the latte was barely hot, more like warm. I couldn?t go back as my train was due to leave.
Why don?t staff in these places pay more attention to what their customers are saying, rather than be preoccupied with chatting to one another.
There are other coffee outlets nearby which I?ll use in future.

Always good fresh food and the staff are efficient and friendly.
It?s in a train station so it?s quite busy here and there?s limited seating, but that?s pretty standard for any such location

I much prefer Pret to Nero, but if I want to be sure of a decent coffee when outside of Cambridge station I go to Nero! The coffee at this Pret, particularly the filter coffee, is unreliable in quality and, quite frankly, can be on occasion undrinkable. More than once I've had a drink resembling dish water. Staff were rude when I asked for it to be changed. The tables and general environment is chaotic and not cleaned often enough.

Staff great, always welcoming although it has a big turn over of staff!Food is lovely, especially the salad bowls but I do wish that they would do some different sandwiches like the BLT.My main gripe is the subscription offering now. You used to do proper milkshakes in the summer which were amazing. Now it's some shake that isn't really a shake and is sickly and not good. Drinks menu needs a good shake up.

I can eat everyday.
There are variety selection of sandwiches and coffee but long queues in the morning.

Coffee chain, this one specifically located in front of the Cambridge train station.
Friendly and attentive staff attention. Adequate variety of products as well as cleanliness of the premises.

Two filter coffees taste of soap/disinfectant! I regularly buy it but someone new must be doing the cleaning!
