Recently changed management and so far postal service has been good. But, as a store situated on the village green and conservation area, I hope the new owner will finally replace the awful frontage fence with something they and the village can be proud of. It's the only blight on the Green.

Rudest and worst service you can ever imagine. Strongly suggest to replace the mail drop point in Waterbeach. Because it?s the only service place in Waterbeach they know they are monopoly so they bully customers.

Post office services are very limited. These do not match the Royal Mail website description of services available at this location. Staff not willing to assist in anyway and rude behaviour towards customers.
