The bloke greeting us had zero social skills, no communication. Resteraunt was empty so we sat wherever but he got in a sulk because we walked off. I told him not to take so long next time, he then put the high chair at a completely different table, very juvenile.
We sat ages to order then when we asked this one girl made it apparent nobody is interested in taking orders got to do it yourself on the QR code.
WIFI was so slow ended up ordering some pigs in blanket pizza was very grim covered in sugary sauce, not what I wanted to order
What made me laugh is online it asks if you want to tip the staff, FOR WHAT?
The only thing they need to do is seat and greet and even made a mess of that.
Pizza hut well and truly gone down the toilet, salad cart clearly comes out of bagged pre prepped salad. cucumber already going brown.

We decided to visit after getting a voucher and chose to claim it here. We booked a table and even though we turned up early we got a table.
We were greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed a long chilled dinner. The Apple Crumble Cookie was amazing. Definitely recommend.

To be honest, I was surprised how good the pizza was. For a chain, pizza hut was never on our list of places to patron. We decided to give it a try as it's not far from us.
When we walked in, we were immediately informed that we had to order online and pay online. The place was quite empty, only 3 tables were occupied. We looked up the menu and ordered online. Since there was no service from staff apart from bringing the food to us, we decided we would not leave a tip.
We ordered the combo for two persons and helped ourselves to the salad bar. Pizza and drinks were brought to us. Pizza was really good, the ingredients were tasty, and the dough had a wonderful chewy texture. We were happy to give pizza hut a chance and at that point we thought we would come back more frequently.
After we finished our pizza and waited 20 mins, desserts were not served. So we asked for our desserts. Included in our meal combo were two desserts. Only one was brought to us. We finished that and waited another 20 mins. There is no sign of the second dessert. So we asked again. The server said there was only one on her record. We showed her our order, she then said they ran out of that dessert and that's why we were not getting it. I had to ask if I could swap to whatever else was available.
Waited another 15 mins, still no sign of the second dessert. We chose to walk out and decided never to come back.
We absolutely loved the pizza and salad bar, we just cannot bring ourselves back to such a poorly run establishment.

Not a fan of the order by app system, and the fact you have to pay for the food before you even receive it. Then the app has the cheek to ask if you'd like to leave a tip despite doing all the work yourself and still not having received your food. The staff were pleasant enough but the food isn't value for money. Pizza was about the same thickness as a piece of A4 paper and the salad bar is limited. The American design of the place is nice though.

What a great example of the "Hut" experience, delicious well prepared food, cracking deals and superb service from the friendly, cheerful staff. Our server, Deryn, really went the extra mile to ensure we all got what we wanted and the best of the available deals. The star of the night was the special, G.O.A.T pizza, a big success for the vegetarians. The resistant was clean, empty tables rapidly cleared and cleaned, salad bar well stocked and we didn't feel crowded or rushed. Would go again.
