We had an absolutely brilliant time at a Pet Pals session today, led by Zac. He was incredibly informative, helpful and amazing with our children (8+6). It was clear how much he loved the animals he showed us and we had a fantastic time learning about guinea pigs. We will definitely be coming back in the future to start our guinea pig family and feel much more confident knowing what we are doing! The children loved Zac's funny and kind approach and loved being able to hold the guinea pigs. Thank you!

We went to the my pet pal workshop today, it was just us and was led by Zack! He was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. He was engaging, thorough and very age appropriate with his communication. My daughter gets distracted a lot and he wasn?t fazed when she went to look at other things. He was so gentle with the animals we held. Highly recommend and excellent customer service from Zack, huge thank you ??

This is hands down THE WORST grooming experience I?ve ever had ? and I?ve had my dog professionally groomed for years, both in the UK and internationally.
I took my dog to Pets at Home Cambridge after waiting months for an appointment. I was already uneasy knowing they were rushed, but what they did is inexcusable: they shaved her entire coat off before washing her ? ignoring every basic standard of humane grooming. No detangling, no conditioning, no effort. Just clippers straight to her skin.
When I raised this, they fell back on the ?comfort of the dog? excuse ? which, in this case, was clearly just a cover for doing what was fastest, not what was right.
And here?s the kicker: they were done just before 6pm. Their closing time. So let?s be honest ? this wasn?t about comfort. This was about the groomers prioritizing getting off work on time over treating my dog with any care or dignity.
This is not grooming ? it?s mechanical, careless, and unprofessional. If you?ve ever had your dog properly groomed, you?ll instantly recognize how far below the standard this branch operates. There are no real professionals here ? just time-clock watchers with clippers.
Do not bring your dog here unless you want them shaved down because someone couldn?t be bothered to put in the work!!!!!!!

Really helpful staff and have found all fish and shrimp I've purchased from here to be happy and healthy. So far I've been impressed and will definitely buy from here again.

First time puppy owner so we went to pets at home to see what I needed. We lucked out as soon as I came through the door I was greeted by Ben who went above and beyond in helping us. He walked as through everything we needed with patience and care. He was truly wonderful. Thank you Ben for putting me and my family minds at ease. Also went back today and Ben was at hand to help again. 5 out 5.

Worst user expiriance ever
i ordered a cage by delivery because i don't have a car, first they brought me everything except the cage, then they brought me a broken cage with a tray inside, so i can't get the tray out. i can't call support, i wrote a message and got a reply that my application will be reviewed within 3 days... my rats will have to live in a small cage for an unknown amount of time..
This is a mockery of people and animals
I like the store itself and the staff in the store too, but the online ordering department is just awful

Review for grooming service only the store staff is amazing and helpfull
Zero stars if i could give them , shitty service they either scammers or racist the staff keep trying to charge me more even tho puppy groom includes the nail clipping the staff and the manager at the groom area keeps charging me extra for nail clipping on top of what i pay for puppy groom and always have to fight them to get my refund as they keep arguing and giving silly reason why they tried scamming me and charging me more (i wonder how many other customers they try and rip off every day )

Very impressed with the vet here.my little dog wasn't well and although I wasn't registered here they did that over the phone and saw us within an hour.from everyone on reception to the vet herself we can't fault them.i was also told to ring anytime I was worried. I will be using them from now on.
