The male owner of this store is known for his exceptionally rude and disrespectful demeanor towards customers. He prohibits customers from touching any items, displays harsh treatment towards elderly patrons and children, and has been observed asking customers to leave abruptly. I strongly discourage visiting this store as it may negatively impact tourists' perceptions of Cambridge.

Owner looked at me and my friend as if we were expired tomatoes. We were harmlessly looking at the soaps and nattering and he kicked us out. Good soap, reason the shop is empty though .....

Best gift shop in Cambridge! Amazing variety of gifts and souvenirs and the staff are always extremely nice - cannot recommend enough!

The owner is super rude. Our friend came to Cambridge for a visit and stepped into this shop try to buy some postcard. The man working there looked at us in an vary aggressive way told us we are too loud and bothered his customer and we should leave now. This store is very silent. This is the only shop we been to been treat like this. I felt so sorry for my friends and should not took them in this one, and I will never step into this shop again. Like others said, he was staring at us super angry. Shortly, he did the same for other visitors including two young children. Told children stop talking and need to leave if they need to talk as this shop is not for discussion and children were scared.I highly don't recommend the shop, as he destroyed my friend?s good mode and apparently another family with young children.

What a rude owner. If there is a case study for a person who hates his job, this guy fits the bill. He truly makes you feel unwelcome. If you want to ruin your Cambridge trip and your mental wellbeing, visit this store. I recommend for you to stay away, all the items can be found in the next door stores and at the market.

If I had the chance to close down the store literally I was going to do it!! Me and 2 more friends we've been inside trying to smell some hand soaps and he came in an aggressive way telling us we are very loud for this store as this store is very silent. He grabbed from our hands the soaps and he told us we are kicking out from the store. I felt so bad as I thought I did something wrong ... till we leave he was staring at us very angry like he wanted to kill us and he was waiting for us in a very close side till we leave the shop.I don't recommend the shop, as he destroyed my hole daytrip in Cambridge for me and my friends too.

The owner of the shop was rude, ill mannered, and very disrespectful. We were looking for some souvenir?s and the salesman came really close and started yelling on mu face that we cannot touch anything if we are not buying it and he has to ask us to leave if we touch anything. We left the shop right away. The shopkeeper really need to learn manners.
